The Other Contacts folder is a read-only folder created by the server. Google creates contacts in that folder when there is some interaction with them. While you can’t edit the contents in eM Client, you can in the Google Contacts web page.

When you interact with people in Google services, the server automatically saves their information in your “Other Contacts” so they might come back again. However, you can disable this function in your Google account settings: [image] There’s also a way to prevent eM Client syncing the Other Contacts folder, but you need to do that when you first add the account to eM Client. Just don’t tick the option in the permissions: [image]

Pre eM Client 10.1.x, you will get an error if you try to make any changes to that folder in eM Client. You can right-click on the folder and choose Properties > Repair> Repair to cancel any pending changes to the folder and resync it from the server.
