I changed my email password when went to EM client and changed it there it resolve my email. I dumped the account hoping the auto set up would work but it can’t set up the account. The domain is @sbcglobl.net, att account.
One thing you want to check is that you have everything spelled correctly.
I had to dump EM Client. Yes, it is typed correctly. I found out there are issues with an app password not being found. I got a link on how to set up an app password for my email provider, Yahoo. When I went to that link, there it was HOW TO SET UP APP PASSWORD. When I clicked on that it takes me to a Yahoo page with text and NO links or instructions.
