eM does not synch on Send and Receive

When I click Send and Receive, why doesn’t it synchronize with my Gmail account? I have Gmail open and can see unread messages there, as well as messages I have deleted in eM. It takes several minutes for eM to be updated even though I am clicking Send and Receive. Accounts are set up correctly (IMAP) in eM and synchronization is working in general.

If you are sure the problem isn’t with your firewall or antivirus, we would appreciate if you send us logs (with reference to this topic): go to menu Tools->Settings->Logging and check IMAP. Then restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue and send us the logs using the same logging settings window.
