eM didn't start again after crash

win 10 was crashed and I am not able to start eM again. I did a reinstall, clean run, downloaded and installed again, but there is always happen attached failure

Hi Dirk,
if the database check is still running, it means you have not deleted it.
The location, unless you changed it, it C:\Users\your windows user account\AppData\Roaming\eM Client
Since your database is corrupted, you will need to remove this one, running the program will then set up a new one. You will lose your previously locally saved data, unfortunately.
If you made backups though, you can safely restore from them when you delete the old database.
