Hey @BobH

What do you mean, VCF’s sent from, by email or how?
Please create the VCF on your phone, manually copy to the desktop on your computer and then use import in eMC - this worked for me

¡Buena suerte!

I tried this and it repeatedly fails. The the error message said it was an “invalid format”.
Emailed an iPhone contact to a Win10 PC.

The plain text output of the vcf file is:
BEGIN:VCARD

I checked with my iPhone and it worked perfect, see below:

You can see from this that your export has missing information.
I have blanked out personal information.
I also changed my phone to English from Spanish to test.
Clearly the issue is with your iPhone export and NOT eMC import
The reason for the Bold in places is because I blocked out with asterisk.
You can see the two missing parts.

¡Buena suerte!

skybat,
Thank you for your help.
Among the tests I ran was exporting a vcf from my em client (win10 pc) to my own (win10 pc) desktop, then trying to import it back into em.
Same error.
I exported from iPhone using a gmail account as sender and a netzero account as sender. Didn’t make a difference - same issue.
I’ll try sending a directly from a different gmail account and my comcast webmail account, bypassing the iPhone altogether, and see what happens.
I will let you know how these work.

The big question is: Real Madrid, Barca or what team are you for? I’m for Manchester United.

Saludos from Florida in the USA.

Tried everything and you were right. The problem is with my iPhone exports. vCards sent from everywhere else are fine.

Thanks again for your help.
