eM Client won't open after the update

I have the paid version.
Yesterday, on 06/25, I updated to version 10.3.2040.0, and then the problems started, now eM Client no longer opens.

I have the same issue updating today. autoupdate hang mid install, then repairing says it cant find a file

First try reboot your computer if you haven’t tried already. Might just need a reboot.

If rebooting makes no difference, then “if you originally installed eM Client from the eM Client website”, then try uninstalling eM Client and if you have Windows “don’t delete the database” when asked on the uninstall wizard and then redownload the same V10.3.2040 via the release history page and install that, and then see it eM Client opens.

If it still won’t open, then as you have a paid version, go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket for further help.

great timing, i had restarted, tried the repair. then made the post. then i realised i had to wipe it as something probably corrupted… uninstall and fresh install with 10.3.2412 (keeping database) and all is back and running :slight_smile:
