Something flashed up about my license has run out!
I paid £29 ish a couple of years ago for a Pro License so why has it expired.
I am not able to find a way to get eM Client operational.
Can anyone help? Chris

Go to “Menu / Help / License” and see if it’s still activated, as sounds like it’s possibly become deactivated for unknown reasons. If it’s not, enter your registered license key and activate it.
If your key is not activating do you get an error?
If you can’t locate you key go to the following eM Client page, and enter your registered email address and the key will be resent to you which you can access via your webmail in a browser.

If it is already registered, sometimes that can happen if eg: your computer hasn’t been connected to the internet for alongtime so looses connection with the licensing server for too long. So there is various ways to fix that if that’s the problem.
Or it can also happen If eg: you have previously bought say a V8 or V9 Pro for example (without lifetime upgrades) and then say upgraded to a new V10 Personal or Business version of eM Client which then needed a later version purchased key.
So we would need more info if it’s already registered as to what might be the problem and what Pro version you have and if you haven’t used the computer for alongtime or if you recently upgraded to a later eM Client version etc.

I bought V9. a while ago for £29. ish.
Yesterday a message came up that V10 was available, ‘would I like to download it now?’
Seemed innocent enough.
but after clicking yes it started asking stupid questions that I didn’t understand!!
It’s not worked since.
Wifi is on all the time and eMail Client is used daily.

Did you complete the V10 upgrade installation wizard or quit out part way though ?
It’s not worked since.
Does it show activated when you go to “Menu / Help / Licence” ?
And if it’s not activated, did you try putting in your activation key to re-activate it ?
