Ever since the eM Client update, I have been unable to log into the Facebook Chat in eM Client. It comes up with a XMPP error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It says:
Facebook: An error occurred
[XMPP] Cannot log in to Facebook chat
Delete the Facebook chat account and create it again. Then inform me of the result please. Thank you.

Thanks! I have had the same problem for a couple of days. Now fixed as per George Wilson’s advice. Not sure what caused it, unless it was over aggressive cleanout with CCleaner or System Ninja.
Hi Ross, glad you were able to resolve the issue, unfortunately with facebook account creation you’re granted a token that allows you to use the account with eM Client. Unfortunately the token has an expiration time set by facebook, so you have to create the account again to get a new token.
