My OVH account is not been connecting with the EM client solution.
I’ve tried with POP, IMAP, … but nothing works.
Can anyone help me?

if emclient doesn’t recognize your provider automatically
go to account
new account
go below the automatic setup where it says “email”
goto "others where you have to chose gmail aol and such
then enter your mail address.
now take this information for the server names you’re asked for.

I have 5 OVH email accounts, 3 are working and 2 are not. I cannot understand why.

I’m facing the same issue. Since a recent update of eM Client, none of my OVH accounts are working for no apparent reason. eM Client says it can’t connect to the server, while all other email clients are working perfectly fine, and these are standard IMAP servers.
I haven’t found any solution for months now. I used to really like eM Client, but I’m going to have to cancel my subscription since it’s become useless, and the eM Client team doesn’t seem to care.

If you can give the ticket number, I can look and see what our response was. Maybe you missed our reply, or there was some reason it could not be resolved.
i found this today, that worked for me
Yeah, that is a server issue. The OVH server says it supports GSSAPI authentication, so as that is the best option we use it. However, because it is misconfigured, the server doesn’t actually support GSSAPI, so it fails.
