eM Client will not open

eM Client program will not open. States that it did not close properly with an error box and tries to repair (database check). Repair does not work and tells me to contact you.

That error message referrs to corruption of database. You need to delete them and start fresh. Database can be find:

C:\Users%Current User%\AppData\Roaming\eM Client (Vista/Win7)
C:\Documents and Settings%Current User%\Application Data\eM Client (XP)

TNCS is right - you will have to restore your data from a backup or delete the database and start with blank database.
