em client will not download messages, either by hitting the sending/receive button or the sync schedule i set up in settings. only way to get new messages is by closing and reopening the software. any idea what may be happening? running version 6.02 on windows 10. thanks

Synchronization happening only at the program’s start up sounds like the server isn’t responding to eM Client’s requests, could you please check with your server admin about the server’s behavior?
