this is just a website with explanations, with text. Only the mail addresses have a forwarding function. Direct help is at the Pro-Suport or here in the forum.
I don’t see that Virginia. All the links I clicked on, like Lost Activation Key, load the correct pages. It may have been a server issue when you tried it, and has since been corrected. Try again and see what happens.
If you are using a VPN or web cache feature, disable that first.

Yes, on that page the headings are in orange, and the links should be in blue (or whatever config color you have in your browser).
