eM Client v9.1.2114 does NOT work when I connect to the Internet of other ISP

At home, I am using eM Client v9.1.2114 on Windows 10 64 bit, with several accounts from Google, Yahoo and Microsoft.

Last week, my house got Internet from another company (Internet Service Provider - ISP). Now, my house has 2 Internet cables of ISP1 and ISP2.

If I connect to ISP2, eM Client does not work. No emails are received or delivered.
If I connect to ISP1, eM Client works normally.

I am going to use only ISP2. How could I make eM Client to work normally with ISP2?

I frequently use many different ISP with no problems.

It will either be a Network setting you have on your computer or perhaps it is the version of eMC that you are using,:
