Lately, eM Client has been freezing. It keeps saying it’s unresponsive.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Thank you, John. What I did was shut my computer down and rebooted. It works fine now.

I got your follow up email regarding how the program exits. I attempted to find the addition information you needed, but cannot find the files on the C: drive.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong. Please advise.
