I’m experiencing an issue with eM Client on my Windows 11 system. After waking my computer from sleep, eM Client becomes completely unresponsive. I am unable to click anything, and the application just “hangs” without producing any error messages.
I am running:
Microsoft Windows
Version: 23H2 (OS Build: 22631.4112)
eM Client
Version: 10.0.3607 (2c46bdd)
When this issue occurs, I need to kill the eM Client process using Task Manager. This can be a bit cumbersome, as it sometimes takes multiple attempts to successfully terminate the task. After restarting the application, everything works normally again.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone have any suggestions for a fix?
We use “sleep” all of the time with Window 10 & 11 with eMC v9 & V10.
We close down once a week only unless we have a Windows update for reboot.
We have never have this issue with eMC or other app, maybe is a OS issue.

You could try disabling Windows Fast startup and see if that helps:
Open Control Panel app then choose Power options
Click Choose what the power buttons do (link is on the left side.)
Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
Uncheck Turn on fast startup (recommended) check box.
Click the Save changes button.
Restart the PC
