eM Client Unable to load Databse

Hi team,

I have a PC which for some odd reason eM Client had crashed (I still don’t know the reason) and afterwards everytime the client opens up, it crashes stating some sqlite errors stating disk-io issues.

I narrowed this down the file mail_index.dat which was corrupted and was not even able to copy this file to another place.

I deleted this file and afterwards all of the checks via the dbrepair.exe passes but now fails to open stating missing file/indexes.

Is there a way to generate this index file from the existing data?

Hello,

Unfortunately not, you have broke your database, if you have any backups restore from it. If not then delete your database and make fresh setup and synchronization from server.
