eM Client sending but not receiving

Hi,

  As of a couple of days ago (without having changed anything myself), I get a continuous red triangle icon to the right of my email account name at the top of the left-hand sidebar; I am unable to receive emails, but can send them ok.

  As a precaution, I changed my password for this account and updated the client on my phone and eM Client on my PC, but the problem persists.  I’ve checked the account (IMAP/SMTP etc) settings vs my email provider’s recommended settings and they match perfectly.

  Can anyone offer any help?  This is driving me nuts…

This won’t help I’m afraid, but I’m having exactly the same problem, as of this morning.

Are you with BT by any chance?  I don’t think it’s an ISP issue as I can send and receive fine using my phone or browser, it’s just the eM client that’s failing… but couldn’t hurt to rule this out.

So am I, but I can’t send or receive.
