When I open eM client I receive a message at the top of the page ‘not responding’. This message appears on and off causing the screen to jump up and down. Very annoying and tough to do anything on the screen. Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix this?
Hello Chuck, unfortunately I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to, can you please share more details about your current setup, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
What mail service are you using with eM Client? Does the application remain in the not responding state, e.g. freezes? Can you make a screenshot of the issue?
