When I expand it, its fine and shows me my folders, but when I close and re-open eM Client it has forgotten this and has it closed again. Is there a way it can remember the view I had it on when I quit the application?
That’s pretty much concept of this More folder. To prevent flooding the list with the folders you don’t use often. If you want to see some folders always you can right click on it and select Show or with right click on the whole account you can set it up at once for multiple folders via Show/hide folders menu option.
@Michal_Burger what he is saying is that he wants eM Client to remember the collapsed or un-collapsed state of the “More” folder drop-down after eM Client is closed and re-opened at a later time. I agree completely this is something needed, and remembering the prior state of the “More” dropdown doesn’t effect its concept as you outlined. I actually brought this up as a solution for this SleekPlan:
Thanks for this. When I ‘show’ my parent IMAP folder in ‘More’ it does bring it out of that sub-area and it also remembers its state when I open subfolders when I quit and restart eM Client.
