eM Client not recognised as default.

Why does this message keep appearing?

This is a Windows 10 issue (I assume you use Windows 10?).  To fix, do the following:

  1.  Go to Windows Settings/System/Default Apps
  2.  Make sure eM Client is the default email app.
  3.  At the bottom of that page, click on “Set defaults by App”
  4.  In the left pane, click on eM Client
  5.  Select “Choose defaults for this program”
  6.  Check “Select All”

This should solve your issue.
