Sometimes when I load eM Client (9.0.1361) it starts to load but then just hangs. This has only started to occur since I upgraded to version 9. I can only correct the problem by restarting the PC (Windows 10 which I have had for a long time).
It normally loads in “2 bits”. That is a short part (with the rotating wheel) followed by a longer part which completes the load.
When it fails I only get the first bit and then it hangs.
Windows is up to date.
Solved it!
It hangs when it is producing a backup…
The backup will run whether eM Client is running or not.
When the backup is running you can’t start eM Client though.
