eM Client loses the free license every 2 to 3 weeks

Every 2 to 3 weeks, eM Client loses my free license and asks me to re-enter my license again. Sometimes it just wants me to re-activate (not too hard to do) but often it requires a re-entry of the license. This is annoying to the point of considering to not use eM Client anymore. I don’t think you want to chase away your customers with something that could be quickly fixed. Maybe you are just unaware of the problem. It happens on both my laptop and desktop computers. All are running Win7 64bit OS. eM Clinet version 6 (most recent updates).
