eM Client keeps duplicating my emails – how do I fix this?

Whenever I open eM Client, I notice that some of my emails are downloaded multiple times, creating duplicates in my inbox. It’s getting really frustrating to manually clean them up. Is there a reliable way to stop duplicates in eM Client?

If you are receiving duplicate IMAP Inbox emails that normally means “the senders are sending duplicate email”, as with an IMAP account you are reading the server Inbox directly. Do you see the same duplicate email in your webmail Inbox ?

Yes eM Client has a deduplicator via “Menu / Tools / Deduplicator” you can use.

Note: Suggest before running the deduplicator make a manual backup via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason.
