eM Client just stopped downloading emails last week after I have been using it for about a month. I can still send emails but can’t connect to the inbound server. It was working fine and just stopped. I didn’t change anything to cause the interruption. The diagnostic can’t fix it either.
could you please specify what account has this type of issue and how is this account configured (POP/IMAP)?If it’s IMAP, you can try to delete the account and configure it again and see if it helps. If not, you can send me the log in a txt file to my email email@example.com

Can you disable your anti-virus and firewall and try again?
i faced the same prob. after disabling the kasperkey , now all the mails downloaded to inbox. What is the permanent solution for this. kindly advice
You need to enable the port or application in your anti-virus application. You should be able to find more about that on their website.
