It is terrible, since some time Em Client do not support Microsoft 365 email account because kalendar and contacts not syncable. I have Pro app, but this is terrible… Why?
eM Client is fully compatible with Microsoft 356 accounts.
Please see here for instructions on setting up the account. It will automatically sync email, contacts, calendars and tasks.
No, sorry…I have setup the account and everything was ok, but now airsync errors! I have to disable this, but now no kalendar and no contacts.
If you follow the setup instructions in the link I gave above, the Microsoft 365 account will be setup as Exchange. It will not have the AirSync protocol.

That is not a Microsoft 365 account, but a free Microsoft account.

eM Client is compatible with the free Microsoft accounts like hotmail, outlook.com, msn, live etc.
Probably you have some error, which you will need to provide. You will find it in Menu > Operations > Log tab.
