eM Client has stopped working still

About 2 weeks ago I posted that my eM Client has stopped working. The databases check out ok but then I get the eM Client Application Error. I can’t get any further. When I click on Show error I get over 250k of xml code that won’t fit in this forum.

Once you buy a lifetime license does all support stop?
