Em client goes offline

Em client goes offline and brings up an error message of “unable-to-contact-the-update-server-for-at-least-14-days/77005”.

When the client is connected to the internet, it works, we will be needing the public or internet facing IP so we can permit in out environemen.

Yes, eM Client needs to periodically connect to the license server to validate your license. If it is not able to do so, after 14 days it will run in offline mode until you allow the connection again.

So how do i permit em client to access internet in an enterprise environment.

Is there like an IP to permit so it can be connected to the internet.
