Nextcloud is already supported in eM Client to allow attaching your files as cloud storage links instead of adding physical attachments to your emails.

No.its a third party client to access a Nextcloud account as per the Nextcloud eM Client blog.
Nextcloud would have their own builtin browser based client for running inside Nextcloud.
