eM Client EWS Problems

Hi,

I want to ask a question to you. We have a problem on  Exchange EWS connections when we  send or receive test.

Details ;

We use “eM Client” mail program to  (http://www.emclient.com/) connect  Exchange Server 2010 with EWS connection.

Every time getting an error prompt page when we send  with attachment message. (a file / a zipped folder) size 10 MB or greater.

Error Messeage is below ;

“[Exchange Web Services] An attemp to connect to mymailboxuser@mydomain.comfailed. This could be caused by temporary server unavailability or incorrect settings. Do you want to check the settnigs ?”

This error usually occurs every 100 seconds.

And then I check the “EWS throttling in Exchange” I think we use EWS as a default settings.

EWSMaxConcurrency                         : 10
EWSPercentTimeInAD                        : 50
EWSPercentTimeInCAS                       : 90
EWSPercentTimeInMailboxRPC        : 60
EWSMaxSubscriptions                        : 5000
EWSFastSearchTimeoutInSeconds   : 60
EWSFindCountLimit                            : 1000

I’m not sure helpfully solution to solving the issue. Please explain about the problem.

Hello Mustafa, not quite sure what you’re referring to, when the error occurs, can you please switch to the “Log” tab in Operations and copy the content of the log? Submit the content of the log to us here for more information.
