The issue you have is stated in the error message, it is:
Email recipient not accepted by the server
In plain language this will be either the email address to which you are trying to send is not valid or has been blocked.
Are you sure the address ic correct?
Is this the only address with the issue?
Can you successfully send to other addresses?
