EM Client doesn't have a valid license

When attempting to reactivate get message: “Your license has reached the maximum number of installations. To fix this either contact the vendor or expand your license or deactivate other installations.” No additional devices have been activated. License information under Help shows no infomation. License type shows “No License.” Account information on eM Client site shows correct devices installed and correct activation key for both.

there are 2 activations on your license and both seem to be in use. If you say that in your current device you have ‘no license’ then it is not one of the activated ones. You should deactivate one of your activations and use the key in your current device.
