I can not send the log files because eM Client does not send and receive.
I use Outlook on another PC, My Samsung Note II and Mac Book Pro and all is well.

- What version of eM Client do you use (help - about)?
- File - Offline mode, is it checked or unchecked?
- what email service provider do you use.
- Tools - accounts - your account, do you have IMAP/POP3 and SMTP tabs (or airsync).
- in Diagnostics tab click on Diagnose button - what results do you have?
- have you used trial and not activated free or pro license yet?
