eM Client does not send and receive

I can not send the log files because eM Client does not send and receive.
I use Outlook on another PC, My Samsung Note II and Mac Book Pro and all is well.


  1. What version of eM Client do you use (help - about)?
  2. File - Offline mode, is it checked or unchecked?
  3. what email service provider do you use.
  4. Tools - accounts - your account, do you have IMAP/POP3 and SMTP tabs (or airsync).
  5. in Diagnostics tab click on Diagnose button - what results do you have?
  6. have you used trial and not activated free or pro license yet?
