eM Client does not recognise meeting request sent from outlook

When i get meeting request from people who use outlook, the meeting request is not added to calender when i accept, also the answer will never leave my outbox.

I have one email account but i do have some alias to that account when people send meeting request to the alias i cant add it to calender, it will say that i am not organizer or paripicant of this scheduled object, (sorry for the english had to translate it from swedish). How can i solve that?

Best Regards
Joakim

Hi Joakim, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer? What mail service are you using in eM client?
This occurs when you try to add a meeting request to your calendar or even when sending out invitations to your events?

Thank you,
Paul.

Hi I am using ver: 6.0.20899.0, This occurs when i try to add meetings to my calendar, i rarely send out meeting request myself.
I am using IMAP, and the email provider is my ISP8 (webhotel)

Regards
Joakim

Hi Joakim does your IMAP also have a Calendar feature? You can check if Calendars are supported for your account in Tools > Accounts > Your account > Calendar tab, if there’s no Calendar tab, you might not have a default folder for calendar events setup.

Thank you,
Paul.

I dont have a calender tab, but, i can add the meetings to my calendar now, I had a problem with my alias i had to add my alias to my account because most people send invites to that mail. But i do have another  problem, after i accept the invite, and email shoudl be sent to the sender but the email never leaves the outbox, but if iopen the email and press send it will be sent, but the invite will not see it as i acceped the invite in her/his calendar:
Is this a know issue?

Hi again Joakim, what version of eM Client are you currently using? Is this issue related to your ISP8 account as well?

Thank you,
Paul.

Hi I am using ver: 6.0.20899.0
i dont know if it is because of my isp,
I check my settings on webmail and found this

If your CalDAV or CardDAV client requires separate URLs for each calendar or address book of yours (such as Mozilla Thunderbird Lightning or Evolution), use the URLs below.
CalDAV access to your calendars My Calendar
https://nmail1.ballou.se/dav.php/calendars/[email protected]/8de05082-7b9e-4530-82d4-2958f20220b9

— is this something i have to add?

Hi again Joakim,
can you please try to update your application to this version and check if the issue persists, http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.21151/setup.msi ?
Also please go to Tools > Accounts > Your problematic account and make a screenshot of your account settings, do you have a calendar tab included?

Thank you,
Paul.
