eM Client does not have a valid license

Received a message this morning that my eM Client does not have a valid license. I have been using this service for over 2 years now. To get my license info you have to send me an email which I cannot receive.

How do we get this resolved? Thanks!

I checked my inbox via webmail and no license info was sent.

Thank you! Have sent a reply to your email. My old computer (not in use, but still around) shows I got my license 8/11/15.
