eM Client Database Check Failed

Hi,
My eMClient is not longer working.
It runs and does a database check which fails checking for inconsistent data.

Consistency check failed with following error: SQL logic error or missing databsae no such table: mail_data.LocalMailContents

How can I fix this.

Hi,
I fixed it by deleting the database in
C:\Users[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\eM Client

But if you delete the eM Client database in “C:\Users[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\eM Client”, you will also have deleted all your e-mails, contacts, appointments, et cetera, right?

yes. it is database after all.

Of course with IMAP like protocols emails should stay on the server, and other data like contacts or calendar are very often kept on server no matter what is happening with database.
