eM Client crashes after a highlight to copy a text

I’m using version 10.3.1738 and perhaps for the last week or so I have issues updating a Newsletter which I send out monthly. As soon as I click to copy a text in the Newsletter it crashes. I just want to copy a small text to another part of the Newsletter…

Any thoughts?

Yep - does the same for me. Only happens when I use the mouse to copy. Highlight and then copy using ctrl-C from keyboard works fine as does ctrl-V to paste it.

Shame they have not responded to your post. Pathetic really.

Thank you for reporting this. Our team is aware of the issue, and it’s fixed in the latest version on our Release History page, which hasn’t been pushed to all users yet.

Do you have an approximate date when the updated version will become available? I’m in the process of preparing my next monthly newsletter and am having to resort to preparing the newsletter in Thunderbird and check the changes are showing in EmClient.

Quite impressed with the quick response, thanks.

I’ve downloaded version 10.3.2412 and carried out a quck check by copying and pasting a spreadsheet table to my newsletter and it works fine. Normal service is resumed.
