Em client can't find backup directory

Em client can’t find backup directory. My backups are stored as zip foldersand Em client can’t recognize them. What do I need to do to restore backup?

Hello Salvio,

Please make sure that the Backup file is saved in the location specified in Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Backup or set the directory to the actual location of the backup file.
