eM Client can only receive the latest 500 emails

There are many emails (>1000) in my IMAP email box, but em Client can only receiver the latest 500 emails. Why?

If you are only seeing 500 emails in your em Client Inbox but there is more online in your mailbox, then that might be eM Client is limited in the account setup.

Go to “Menu / Accounts”. Then click the “IMAP” tab and in “Sync Options” check that you have it set to “All Time” as in the Gmail example below.

Now if you already have Sync options set to All Time, then could be “you might have Inbox Categories enabled” so the missing emails could be in other Category tabs.

So in your Inbox if you see eg: Primary, Other, Updates, or Primary, Promotions, Social etc “click on those other tabs” and see if the missing emails are in there as in the Gmail example below.
