When I will use a gmail accout em client b7 then I see in a popup

‘All Mail’ Folder disabled…

but imap is enabled

What can I do?

I have the same situation.
‘All Mail’ folder disabled
with instructions on setting ‘Show in IMAP’ in Gmail settings.
Even after ensuring the setting is on, the All Mail folder disabled warning pops up.
However, mail for that account and others, continue to sync properly.

But only in the first Goggle Account

In the settings page where you set “Show in IMAP”, check the page for any folders inside brackets []. If there are any such folders, delete all the brackets. eM Client should now be able to access the All Mail folder properly.
