Get the following when attempting to change the backup files from 1 to 3 versions. “eM Client backup task edit failed due to the following reason:(53,4):Task:.” So when I tried to edit the settings to allow it to save more than one backup versions once I hit the OK button I get the error.
the issue seems to be with the Windows Task Scheduler.
Try to open the Task Scheduler Library and manually remove the eM Client backup task, disable the backup in eM Client settings as well.
Restart eM Client.
Set up the backup again.
See if the issue persists.
Thanks Olivia. That seems to have corrected the issue setting up the backup. I will wait to see if the 2/23 backup kicks off as it should
