hi can anyone help me? i just made they payment yesterday after trying 30 days trail but still my em cliant is not working i made the payment through pay pal.how can i fix it please help

Did they send you an email with the activation key? If you let the 30 day trial expire before you purchase the license, eM Client will no longer download emails and you must retrieve the key using another email client (such as a web interface). You then enter the key in eM Client by going to menu/help/license.

Just as Jay said, the Activation key was delivered to your email. In case that the trial period id over, eM Client won’t download the new messages so you need to use webmail to retrieve the key. In case of any difficulties, please contact me at: [email protected] with this thread URL in Subject and add please the email address you used during the purchase and I will help you with that.
