I don’t know what sort of account type you have setup in eM Client, but “if you want to sync all mail account folders” and not just the Inbox like with POP accounts, then make sure you configure your mail account on both devices as either an IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or an iCloud account.
Same goes for synching the calendars, contacts, tasks and notes on desktop & mobile.
Now if you have a POP account configured in eM Client make sure you set in your account setup on both devices to “leave a copy of messages on server for x days” so your desktop and mobile app Inboxes sync the same for whatever days you set.
Lastly, eM Client Local Folders “don’t synchronize to other eM Client devices”. So make sure all your emails, calendars, contacts, tasks, & notes are under your cloud account & not stored in Local Folders.
