My current Oulook 365 awfully renders pictures embedded within emails. If I use a picture in my signature and the email is sent to Outlook users, will my pictures be resized by my recipient’s Outlook to 96 dpi and get blurred?

I receive messages from eM Client staff that I regularly view in Thunderbird and Evolution. The signatures with the eM Client logo look just fine.
eM Client creates the message as standard HTML, so I guess it really depends on how the recipient’s email client displays that. If MS Outlook cannot correctly display MHTM, then these seem like questions to ask on an MS Outlook forum.
