I use the latest eM client under macos 15 and the work isn’t exactly smooth. Folders open slowly and animation jerks. I have a Mac Mini M4 Pro so it can’t be a performance issue. With Thunderbird everything is fluid and opens quickly, just like Apple Mail. Therefore, it is clearly due to eM Client. The fact that there hasn’t been an update for months, despite the high price, doesn’t exactly speak of good support.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling ?
Have you tried removing and readding your account ?
Also do you have the latest version 10.1.4828 ?
I write i use latest Version. Yes i have reinstall but not help.
Ok then if you have an IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account, then go to “Menu / Accounts” and remove and readd your account and then see if you still have the same issue, as could possibly be a corrupted account causing it to be very slow and jerky.
Then if removing and readding the account makes no difference, then I would next close eM Client and go to the following hidden database folder and rename it to eg: eM Client-Old. Then reopen eM Client and setup as new and then see if that fixes the problem.

You can also speed up messages reading by enabling to “download messages offline including attachments” as in the below V9 & V10 IMAP acct examples.

Lastly if none of the above makes any difference, then you will have to try the next update when available via the release history page.
I have also make all new without fix the problem. Its not a account issues.
Do you also have a Mac M4 CPU ?

Ok you have a slightly different username and different join date than the original poster ? So that’s why I asked as looked like a different user.
I am the same user but have 2 account. I dont know why switch account.
Try the latest V10.2.1712 (Beta) for Mac just updated in the last day via the release history page.
Close eM Client before updating, and make a manual backup of eM Client before updating via “Menu / File / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason.
