eM Client 10 not putting all emails into the inbox

When you have Gmail accounts, all your mail is stored in the Gmail “All Mail” Archive folder. You then access that via the various Gmail labels (folders) on the left like in Gmail online.

So if you are using the new V10, unless you changed the default setup, you probably have the default Gmail Categories Tabs enabled where you then “are just not seeing your new mail in your Primary Inbox” and then only show in All Mail unless you clicked the other Category Tabs.

Mail not showing up

Sounds like you may have V10 default Categories enabled in eM Client on your computer so your emails you are not seeing “are in the other Category tabs”. On the right of the “Primary tab” do you see other Tabs ?. Eg: If it’s a Gmail account, it has by default Promotions , Social , Other etc. So if you have different Category tabs and don’t want email automatically going in there, “Right click in a blank space” on the Category toolbar, and you will see options to disable whatever any Categories…
