eM Client 10 not putting all emails into the inbox

I’m having issues with the new eM Client 10 email software. messages are delivered to my computer but drop down into the All Mail folder instead of staying in the inbox. my wife’s eM Client 8 performs as desired. all mail from her gmail account is delivered to her inbox where she can do her magic. I’ve deleted my Client 10 account and re-enabled it - no joy. need guidance on the next step.

When you have Gmail accounts, all your mail is stored in the Gmail “All Mail” Archive folder. You then access that via the various Gmail labels (folders) on the left like in Gmail online.

So if you are using the new V10, unless you changed the default setup, you probably have the default Gmail Categories Tabs enabled where you then “are just not seeing your new mail in your Primary Inbox” and then only show in All Mail unless you clicked the other Category Tabs.

My comcast pop3 account has a problem after installing version 10.
When I opened the inbox there were only 3 emails. I changed to Other from Primary and found the rest, maybe.
I’m not sure all emails are going into my inox or alternative.

For a test using V10, “Right click” in a blank space to the right of a Category and “disable all categories” so all emails then go in your Inbox.

Then see if all your emails arrive ok.

If they still are not showing, dblcheck your Spam / Junk mail folder, and also check eM Client Rules via the menu dropdown, to make sure emails are not being automatically moved to other folders.
