I used to be a fully satisfied (and paying) user of eM Client (on Mac), but I finally decided to abandon it. Indeed, since almost one year (mid 2024 if I remember well), this app became highly instable even after several clean installs. This problem has been mentioned a little bit everywhere, and after one year (!) eM Client hasn’t solved the issue. This is a real pity, because this app could be absolutely wonderful, if only it worked.

As you have done several clean installs and still the same problem then could be eg: something else optionally installed maybe running resident on your Mac possibly interfering causing that to happen.
I personally have had a Mac M1 and now a Mac M2 Pro with Sequoia and don’t experience those issues with OS 15.6.1, eM Client 10.3.2622 using 4 IMAP very large mail accounts with 100s of folders in each.
The only crashing issues I’ve really heard of with Mac and eM Client is where some users have eg: auto sleep mode enabled which some users say that has caused eM Client to crash when the Macbook wakes up from Sleep mode. But I personally haven’t experienced that issue.
So suggest is to try OS26 when released shortly apparently around the 15th and see if that makes any difference and update this thread.
If it still crashes you might need to enable logging in eM Client and send them in on a VIP support ticket to find out why it’s crashing.
Not a satisfying answer. This forum is full of similar complaints and the typical answer from eM Client is “It is Apple fault”… You also mix up Mac OS and iOS. Version 26 is iOS, and has nothing to do with Mac. Are you from eM Client support ? I hope not.

Have you contacted official support and done logging and sent that in via a support ticket ? If you haven’t suggest you do that who can then advise you on what logs to send in.
But first as mentioned prev, suggest to first try the new Mac OS26 first to see if it makes any difference as it may fix your crashing issues.
New user here, started with testlicense to see if eM Client fits for me.
It would -but the software is somewhat of unstable, it crashes mostlikely after the mac comes back from suspension/ powersaving. This happens serveral times a day!

I really like the software -but it is unusable with this crashes!
