does eM support RSS?

RSS are supported through RSS Widgets, so answer is yes.
Rules can’t be used for processing RSS. RSS reader in eM Client is currently rather light-weight.
too bad that there is no rules support for RSS
i’ve got many RSS feeds and several hundreds RSS entries per day, which are reduced with my rules to only about a dozen.
it is not realistic (or at least practical) to do it manually
hence a statement that emclient is a “Professional replacement for Outlook for just $49.95” is, to say the least, too far fetched
