eM 9.2.1222 renames attachments to ugly UTF-8''%D0%91%-like names without extensions

eM 9.2.1222 (immidiately after update) has started renaming attachments upon saving to disk to some ugly stuff like this: “UTF-8’'%D0%91%D1%83%D1%85%D0%BE%D1%82%D1%87%D0%B5%D1%82%D0%BD%D0%BE%D1%81%D1%82%D1%8C%20%D0%9A%35%20%32%30%32%31%20%D0%BF%D0%BE%D0%B4%D0%BF%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%8F%2E%70%64%66”

Windows considers them unsafe and does not let open, sometimes when names are too long, files can not be deleted the usual way, only through command line.

Is it possible to downgrade to previous eM version?
Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

It doesn’t look like that filename is correctly encoded.

You will need to right-click on the attachment and choose Save As, then give it a name.
