I’d like to ask for a simple “EDIT” button on the draft email. As long as there’s a way to add the red “DRAFT” tag, why not make that clickable and able to edit the draft?
The current UX is non-intuitive. If I open an email thread and I scroll down to the draft, I can’t edit it there. I have to leave the Inbox, go to the Drafts folder, and search among all my drafts for that thread again. Why? It’s just wasted time and clicks.
You could even add this inside the individual email menu, where you already have email actions like Reply and Forward. How is Edit not in there if the email is a draft?
Please add a way to edit the draft email from wherever I see it.
